CHROMEBOOK OFFICE HOURS AND PROCEDURES

  • Students are welcome to come to the library between 8:15am and 8:35am (without a pass).

  • Students are welcome to come to the library during their assigned lunch period (without a pass).

  • You may also come with a teacher-issued Chromebook pass during the first forty minutes of FIRST BLOCK.

  • You must sign in when you come to the library during "class" time.

  • The sign-in computer is located at our circulation desk.

MISPLACED CHROMEBOOKS

  • If you misplace your Chromebook while on campus, please check either the front office or guidance staff to see if someone turned in your device.

  • If no one turned in your device to the front office or guidance staff, please stop by the library and speak with Mrs. Terry.

STOLEN CHROMEBOOKS

If you believe that another student has taken your Chromebook, immediately file a report with your assigned administrator. He/She will contact Chromebook Coordinator Jessica Terry.

We are unable to issue loaner Chromebooks. We will exchange a loaner Chromebook for a student’s broken/damaged Chromebook.  Each student’s account will be checked to see if he/she purchased insurance. Students will be invoiced for damages.

  • If you forget your Chromebook, you will use the desktop in your teacher’s classroom.

  • If you have a broken Chromebook/loaner, please check your school Gmail for pick-up information.  The email will come from Jessica Terry.

We are unable to issue loaner chargers. If you need a replacement charger, you will pay bookkeeper Lorri Crawford the $41 replacement charger fee.  You will bring the receipt to the library, and a member of our team will provide you with your newly purchased charger.
